Violent Crime Charges We Defend
Violent crime allegations often involve complex investigations in which a single incident can trigger multiple overlapping state and federal counts. We can evaluate the specifics of a multi-count indictment and defend against catastrophic charges.
Our team reviews every layer of the government's case, examining physical evidence and witness statements, to build a comprehensive legal response.
Our firm can handle a wide variety of state and federal violent crime charges, including:
- Homicide and capital murder. We can analyze the prosecution's evidence regarding intent and self-defense claims for these severe offenses.
- Aggravated assault and battery. We can challenge witness testimonies and medical reports used to elevate standard charges.
- Aggravated robbery and kidnapping. We can dissect multi-agency investigations and review search warrants to combat specific accusations.
- Domestic violence and family assault. We can evaluate the consistency of the allegations to identify procedural errors.
- Violent crimes connected to federal drug conspiracies. We can address complex scenarios where violent acts are attached to multi-defendant narcotics trafficking charges.
By addressing each specific count in an indictment, we can protect your constitutional rights and mitigate the severe penalties associated with these allegations.
